Nothing ever ends for technological innovation. The development of technology capable of affecting human life on this earth, so that in every human life is not no use of this technology innovation. Every technological innovation was measured by the level of sales that could exceed the target set. An LCD projector is a product which topped the list. Now, the LCD projector is a must. This device is an integral part of every business meetings, seminars and conferences.

Component Video Projector

If we look at the history of the LCD projectors were introduced since 1971 when Gene Dolgoff for the first time using liquid crystals to modulate light. And in 1981, when the first LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) projectors are widely introduced in the market. The technology behind these projectors are very complicated. A ray of light sent from the metal halide lamp through a prism. This device segregates prisms of light into three poly silicone panels with three different components of the video signal. As light passes through these panels, the individual pixels to be forwarded opened and closed to block light. This is a combination of a highly pixels to produce a wide range of colors in the projected image. One of the advantages of an LCD projector is because it is very portable.

the price of portable devices are relatively higher than other similar device development. The lightest models available in the market until weighing less than five pounds. Even if you buy an LCD projector is the lightest ones, you should consider the quality of the product. There are several important factors you need to remember when you settle for buying the product.

First, you must determine the level of screen resolution to suit your usage. The resolution can work well for PowerPoint presentations, this may be a mismatch when displaying statistics or numerical data.

Second, the size of the lumen should be tailored to the placement of the projector you will use. More number of people, it would be better have to increase the brightness of the image. The size of a 1000-2000 lumen projector will be able to work well for medium sized rooms. Remember, when you present something in a seminar, you need a projector with higher lumens.

In the meantime, if you buy an LCD projector, you must have a good quality device. It is advisable that your projector can have long-lasting lamps. Most LCD projectors today have 1000hrs lamp life and are able to survive to 4000hours. Replacement lamp will result in more costs in the long run. This will not happen, if it is better not to use halogen lamps because after 70 hours will produce a yellowish tinge in the picture.

One more thing, you should make sure that you can buy a projector to compatible video. While the composite video input will allow you to connect a video player, component video inputs allow you to connect directly to a DVD player, VCR and digital HDTV tuner. HDTV (high definition television) digital signals and will result in better resolution.

Finally, the projector must always be positioned in the middle of the screen. If it is not done, the image can be projected at an angle and may look distorted. Keystone correction feature can be customized and improve the correct position of the image.
